In both petitions For Petitioner : Mr.V.Veerapandian For Respondents : Mr.C.Karthick COMMON OR D E R [Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] Both the Civil Revision Petitions have been filed for a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal to dispose of pending S.A.Nos.38 and 345 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It is brought to our notice that already the sale has been effected and possession has been taken by the respondent. The pendency of S.A.Nos.38 and 345 of 2025 will only un-necessarily drag on the proceedings, which has to come to its logical conclusion at the earliest.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of S.A.Nos.38 and 345 of 2025

within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. These Civil Revision Petitions stand disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
