The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents not to effect name transfer in respect of the electricity service connection presently bearing SC No. 166-001-31, standing in the name of Ku.Sami Kannu, relating to the Nanja land in S.F.No.722/6D and the 3 HP electricity connection in the square well situated in the said land, without the express consent or approval of the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 08.05.2023 and 07.03.2024.

2. It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel for the first and second respondents that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the first and second respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of by Page No. 2 of 4

directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.05.2023 and 07.03.2024, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
