Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner closing petitioner bar attached to Tasmac Retail Vending Shop No.6699, situated at Pudukkottai Town, Pudukkottai, till the expiry of the licence period ie., upto 30.09.2021.

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner closing the petitioner's bar, attached to TASMAC Retail Vending Shop No.6699, situated at Pudukkottai Town, Pudukkottai, till the expiry of the licence period ie., upto 30.09.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, would submit that the licence granted to the petitioner's bar, attached to TASMAC Retail Vending Shop No.6699, situated at Pudukkottai Town, Pudukkottai, had already been cancelled on 26.04.2021, which is also not disputed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, if at all the petitioner is aggrieved over the cancellation order, the petitioner is always at liberty to challenge the cancellation order in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
