COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2123 days in filing the petition seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 3rd respondent, to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 3rd respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondents 13 & 14 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd respondent, namely Paramayee, and rank them as respondents 13 & 14 in the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)No.158 of 2016 on the file of this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.
3. There is no representation for respondents 2, 4, 5, 7 to 12.
4. The names of respondents 13 and 14 have been printed in the cause list.
