This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Respondents No.1 to 4 to remove FL2 TASMAC shop namely, Vagai Sports Club situated at No.87 of Ramanathapuram to Rameswaram National Highways, Opposite to Pattinamkathan Panchayats Office, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025 2/4

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing the learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions submits that the fifth respondent is running the TASMAC Shop after getting proper license from the authorities concerned. 3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, it is always open to him to challenge the license granted in favour of the fifth respondent, if so advised. No costs. (J.N.B.,J.)
