Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the impugned notification issued by him vide Na.Ka.No.3783/2019/Pa.4, dated 03.08.2020 and quash the same insofar as the column 8 of Sl.No.12 in regard to appointment of Night Watchman in the third respondent Town Panchayat as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to accommodate the petitioner in the said post as providing alternative employment in the light of G.O.(Ms). No.86, P & AR (R) Department dated 08.02.1996 as well as order of this Court passed in W.P(MD).No.11633 of 2010 dated 24.01.2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
