Heard the learned counsel on either side.

28.03.2018, passed by the first respondent/Tahsildar. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the contesting private respondents brought to the notice of this Court that an appeal has already been filed before the District Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur, questioning the order, dated 28.03.2018. Therefore, the relief sought for by the writ petitioner cannot be granted. 4.In view of the above position, the writ petition stands closed. The District Revenue Divisional Officer, Karur, before whom the appeal is said to be pending, is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
