Respondent Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to permit the minibus bearing registration numbers TN-74-F-8636 and TN74-E-7014 as per the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2019 to touching the railway station on the way of the route CB Hospital to melakaruppukottai within the stipulated period by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent to permit him to operate the petition mentioned minibuses through the petition mentioned route. This Court wanted the respondent to get instructions.

3.Today, the learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the deviated route suggested by the petitioner actually belongs to the railways. The railway authority had informed the respondent that the road in question is a Katcha Mud Road laid for railway purpose and situated in railway boundary. 4.In view of the same, I am not in a position to grant any relief in the writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
