This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection for the life of the petitioner from the respondent 3 and 4 while cutting the trees at her land.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9368 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the property. The petitioner is doing agricultural work in the said property. Some trees are obstructing her agricultural work. Whenever, the petitioner cuts the trees, she was criminally intimidated. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 and 2 on 16.05.2022. Since no action was taken on the said complaint, the petitioner came before this Court by filing this petition.
3.This is a clear civil dispute. Therefore, the petitioner has to necessarily avail her remedy only before the jurisdictional civil court. If the petitioner files any civil suit, the same will be taken on file and any interlocutory application that may filed by the petitioner herein will be disposed of expeditiously by the concerned Court.
4.With this observation and direction, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
