FOR BAIL IN CRIME NO. 27 OF 2019 ON THE FILE OF THE RESPONDENT POLICE ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 28.06.2021 and the requisition letter of the Additional District Judge, II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai(FAC), vide letter in D.No. 264/2021, dated 25/10/2021 and this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Trial Court".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 28.06.2021, has directed the trial Court to complete the trail proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Additional District Judge, II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai (FAC), has submitted a letter dated 25.10.2021, stating that PW-1 was examined in Chief and Cross and now the case was posted on 12.11.2021 for examination of L.W.3 and also stated that he was holding full additional charge of I Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases and II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, for which he unable to complete the trial. Hence, he seeks further three

CRL OP(MD) No.8394 of 2021 3.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for.
