Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the third respondent bearing Award No.IO(CHN)/A/LI-074/2014-15 in Complaint No.CHN/L-029/1415/0759, dated 25.02.2015 and quash the same insofar as it relates to the rejection of claim of the petitioner towards full settlement and consequently, direct the second respondent to give the sum assured with vested bonus to the petitioner in respect of the death claim of the petitioner's husband in LIC Policy No.323942279, dated 29.06.2012.
