ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. Issuance of notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is a resident of Chukkampatti Village. He alleges that in Palayam Village in S.No.299, there are encroachments. He wants the same to be removed.
3.When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader admitted that S.No.299 has been classified as kulam and that there are encroachments. They would be removed by adhering to due process of law.

4.We direct the third respondent to take action under the relevant statute. Notices will be issued to the encroachers. They will be provided with due opportunity. If it is confirmed that there are encroachments in the petition mentioned water body, it shall be removed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
