This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No. 186 of 2024 pending on the file of the learned Sub-Judge at Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District,.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 29.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Sub-Judge at Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District. He has sent a report dated 01.06.2026 stating that he will dispose of O.S.No. 1/3

186 of 2024 within a period of 20 months. Consequently, the learned SubJudge at Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District, is requested to dispose of O.S.No. 186 of 2024 within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
