PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the contemnors / respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No. 24506 of 2024, dated 25.10.2024 and pass any such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 25.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.24506 of 2024, wherein, this Court has directed the authorities for releasing the terminal benefits as well as the EPF amount.

2. The learned Counsels appearing on either side submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
