ORDER

The petitioner and the private respondents are neighbours. The complaint was said to have been given by the petitioner against the respondents 3 and 4 to the respondents on 15.10.2014 alleging that the noise created by them is causing nuisance and noise pollution to the petitioner and her family members. It was followed by reminder dated 25.02.2015. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Taking note of the above said facts particularly pendency of the complaint and the reminder, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents.
