COMMON ORDER The Criminal Revision Petition in CRL RC(MD)No.139 of 2016 has been filed to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.48 of 2012, dated 27.01.2016 by the learned Family Court, Madurai and CRL RC(MD)No.505 of 2017 has been filed to modify the said order, dated 27.01.2016 by enhancing the maintenance.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Crl.RC.139/2016, the learned counsel for the Respondent in Crl.RC.505/2017 and Crl.R.C.No.139 of 2017 are present.

3. It is represented and admitted by both sides that the husband, who is the petitioner in Crl.R.C(MD)No.139 of 2016 and the respondent in Crl.R.C(MD)No.505 of 2017 died during pendency of the Revisions. Hence, both the Criminal Revision Cases stand dismissed as infructuous.
