Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarfied Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings in M1A9/7712/2014 dated 27.01.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently pass an order directing the respondent to refrain from collecting exorbitant house tax from the petitioner Association Members' houses and directing him to collect the tax in parity with the other apartments.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
