Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15195 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended till 05.05.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
