ORDER

The petitioner is a trust registered under the Trust Act. A representation was made by the petitioner to the respondents on 02.03.2015 seeking permission to lead a two wheeler rally from Madurai to Rameswaram on 29.03.2015 to make home the point that the community of its members is to classify as Most Backward Class status. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned Government Advocate submitted that considering the sensitivity of the area, it is not possible to consider the said representation.

3.What the petitioner seeking is the consideration of its representation. Unfortunately, the period mentioned in the representation has expired. Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
