: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to produce the body or person of petitioner's wife Krishnaveni, wife of R.Kavikumar aged 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Krishnaveni, the alleged detenue herein has come back to the petitioner.

2.Today, Mr.M.Sonai, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Sivagiri Police Station, is present. The petitioner and the detenue, viz., Krishnaveni are present.

3.When we enquired Krishnaveni, she stated that her date of birth is 29.07.2002 and that she has got married to the petitioner and has joined him. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
