Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

CRL MP(MD) No.4342 of 2021 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that the petitioner is lady and aged about 67 yers and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.The petition is ordered, accordingly.
