This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil and it has also been taken on file in C.C.NO.181 of 2020 and the case is posted to 20.10.2021 for the appearance of the accused persons.

3. Since the investigation has been completed and the case is taken on file, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy through proper proceedings.
