Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in P.D.No.19/2024 dated 16.04.2024 passed against the husband of the petitioner Brooklin, male, aged about 37 years, son of Kurusu Micheal, who is confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
