O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.11.2024 and conclude the enquiry in C.S.R.No.35 of 2025 within stipulated time by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents 3 to 5 before the second respondent on 04.11.2024 and thereby, the second respondent assigned C.S.R.No.35 of 2025, but no any action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint and they assigned C.S.R.No.35 of 2025 and the same is pending on enquiry. Further, they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within Page No. 2 of 5
one week.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since C.S.R.No.35 of 2025 was assigned, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and the same is under enquiry, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same after affording opportunity to both the parties, in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.
6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
