Respondents in both Wps These Writ Petitions have been filed praying for Writs of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records demand notice of the first respondent in references 177 and 181 dated 03.03.2015 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to accept the amount of Rs.83,71,072/- and Rs.65,72,877/- respectively for the Energy supplied by the first respondent to the petitioner and not to disconnect the electricity supply sofar the petitioner pays for the charges of units supplied by the first respondent.
