PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned enquiry report of the first respondent dated 20.03.2023 and the consequential impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.175/2023/A, dated 29.03.2023 of the second respondent and quash the same.

This writ petition has been filed as against the enquiry report of the first respondent dated 20.03.2023 and the consequential impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.175/2023/A, dated 29.03.2023 of the second respondent, appointing the first respondent as a Domestic Enquiry Officer.

2.Today(05.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
