O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/bank would submit that this Court while disposing the writ petition had directed the learned counsel for the appellant to hand over the certified copy of the document to the Bank Manager and upon receipt of the same, the Bank will take proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI ACT. In view of the compliance of the order the respondent/bank had initiated proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and it is also pending in Cr.M.P.No.2172 of 2025 before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirapalli.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.
3. It is seen from the records that the bank had complied with the orders of this Court by initiating proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and it is pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. Page No.2 of 4
4. In view of the same, we find that no contempt is made and hence the Contempt Petition stands closed.
