Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 22.05.2017 seeking for issuance of certified copy of the inter-caste marriage certificate, dated 09.01.2012, has not been considered by the respondents till date and therefore, he has filed the present writ petition. 4.

It is seen that pursuant to the petitioner's representation, the Revenue Inspector, Malli Firka, has also conducted an enquiry and favourably recommended for issuance of certified copy of the inter-caste marriage certificate, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.01.2012, to the petitioner, vide order dated 15.06.2017.

In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017 in the light of the recommendation made by the Revenue Inspector, Malli Firka, dated 15.06.2017, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
