Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2021 and direct to provide adequate police protection to the property in Survey No.702/9 situated at S.Kodikulam Village, Wathrap Taluk, Viruthunagar District during fencing the land the property and to take action as against the 3rd respondent and others who committed criminal offences, within the time limit stipulated by this Court. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2021 and direct to provide adequate police protection to the property in Survey No.702/9 situated at S.Kodikulam Village, Wathrap Taluk, Viruthunagar District during fencing the land, the property and to take action as against the 3rd respondent and others who committed criminal offences, within the time limit stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and closed on 30.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Further, it is also seen that the dispute between the petitioner and the counter parties is civil in nature. The petitioner is at liberty to file a suit in manner known to law, if so advised. No costs.
