ORDER

(This writ petition is heard through video conference) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.009.2020 and take necessary action upon the same within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in CSR.No.475 of 2021 was undertaken. But the petitioner did not appear before the Enquiry Officer. So on that ground a direction was issued to the petitioner to appear before the Enquiry Officer and co-operate with him to complete the enquiry. When the matter was taken up on 11.08.2021 again the submission was made to the effect that the petitioner is not residing in the address mentioned in the petitioner and to that effect from VAO Certificate has also been enclosed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now he is residing in Koodalnagar and ready to appear before the Enquiry Officer at any time.

W.P.(MD).No.10642 of 2021 4.Let the counsel for the petitioner give the correct address to the Enquiry Officer and the petitioner must appear before the Enquiry Officer on 25.09.2021 in his office.

5.With the above said direction, this petition stands disposed of, since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the respondent by assigning CSR number upon his complaint. No costs.
