W.P.(MD)No.10254 of 2020 2.The petitioner is a consumer of electricity. The petitioner had been directed to pay the petition mentioned amount towards additional security deposit. The petitioner has expressed certain difficulties in making the payment at one go. The petitioner's counsel draws my attention to the order dated 12.08.2020 passed in W.P.(MD).No.10520 of 2020. A learned Judge of this Court had permitted the consumer to pay the amount in instalments. Following the same, I permit the petitioner to pay the additional security deposit as claimed by the second respondent in six equal monthly instalments. The first instalment will commence from September 2020 onwards. If in case, the petitioner counsil's default in making the payments, it is always open to the respondents to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law. 3.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
