2. The petitioners alleged that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the police have no intention to interfere in the said civil dispute. The learned Government Advocate would further add that no complaint has been received from the third respondent. If any complaint is received from the third respondent, the second respondent will deal with the same in the manner known to law. If any FIR is registered based on the complaint of the third respondent, the petitioners herein will be put on notice, so that, they will have breathing time to move the concerned court for the relief of anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
