ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings pending against the petitioners in Crime No.524 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submits that the dispute is among the family members and therefore, the respondent police after conducting investigation found that the matter could be settled amicably. Further the issue was also settled among themselves. Therefore, they have filed a final report as action dropped, before the court concerned, through e-filing.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed as no further order is required. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
