O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2025 by adding the petitioner as victim in Crime No.3 of 2023 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent police.

According to the petitioner, he is one of the victim and depositor of M/s.Neomax Group of Company and already the respondents have registered a case in Crime No.3 of 2023 as against the Neomax Properties Private Limited and the Directors of the said Company. Now the petitioner came to know about the pendency of the case and therefore, he sent a representation dated 11.03.2025 to the 3rd respondent to add him as one of the victim, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that already so many complaints have been received as against the Company, namely Neomax Properties Private Limited. So far, 13,500 persons complaints have been received and already this Court fixed time limit on 30.10.2024 for lodging complaints in a Batch Case Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.15498, 13901 & 17183 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024. However, the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within fifteen days

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the petition, this Court inclined to direct the respondent 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2025 within a period of fifteen [15] days from the date of this order and the order passed by this Court in Batch Case Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.15498, 13901 & 17183 of 2024 dated 19.10.2024 is no way bar to consider the representation of the petitioner. Since the time limit on 30.10.2024 is in respect of furnishing of information, therefore, the said order dated 19.10.2024 is no way bar to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2025.

5. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
