ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the representations dated 30.04.2018 and 22.06.2018 filed by the petitioner afresh.

2. Mr.B.Vijayakarthikeyan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representations dated 30.04.2018 and 22.06.2018 filed by the petitioner are directed to be considered by the respondents.

5. Considering the limited prayer, a direction is issued to

the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representations dated 30.04.2018 and 22.06.2018 filed by the petitioner, in the light of the "Recommendations on Opening of Migration Window for Tax Payers till 31st August 2018", issued by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, dated 21.07.2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
