ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the official respondents to comply the order of Crl.M.P.No. 7208 of 2023, passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and to direct the 11th respondent to register FIR on the compliant given by petitioner dated 22.12.2023 against the 12th to 21st respondents.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 2, 5 to 8 would submit that in pursuance to the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi passed in Crl.M.P.No. 7208 of 2023, the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Karaikudi has already filed negative report before the Jurisdictional Court and that the petitioner after receipt of RCS notice, has already filed protest petition before the concerned Court and the same is pending.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
