Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the notice in Na.Ka.No.A2/848/2016 passed by the 2nd respondent dated 16.11.2016 in respect of the property situated in Natham survey No.29, Unniyur Village, Thottiam Taluk, Trichy District and quash the same as illegal.

Whereas this Court hath in its order dated 02.02.2017 and made herein appointed Ms.R.Yamuna, Advocate, No.50, Law Chambers, High Court Buildings , Madurai-23 as Advocate Commisioner to visit the property of the petitioner's house in S.F.No.29 Natham Unniyur Village Acre 20.37 for the extent of East-West 36 feet. South-North 21 feet total 756 sq.ft and inspect the physical features with related revenue records and report.

Therefore, You namely Ms.R.Yamuna, Advocate ,No.50, Law Chambers, High Court Buildings,Madurai-23 be and hereby is directed to make inspection in the place mentioned in the petition after giving prior intimation to both parties and inspect the physical features with related revenue records and submit a Report and plan on or before 23.02.2017.

You are further informed that remuneration is fixed at Rs.5,000- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to be paid directly to you by the petitioner.

The matter stands posted on 23.02.2017.
