This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the above case in Cr.No.1829 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1829 of 2020 is almost completed and prayed for two months time to file a final report.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
