PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner's property measuring to the extent of 31.5 cents comprised vide Joint Patta No.824 in Survey No.75/2, Viraganoor, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District, based on the representation dated 15.08.2020.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to issue separate patta to the petitioner for the property in S.No.75/2, measuring to an extent of 31.5 cents, situated at Viraganoor, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District. 2.From the records, it is seen that the petitioner made a representation dated 15.08.2020, to the 2nd respondent with the relief sought for in the prayer and after submitting the said representation, without giving any breathing time to the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition immediately before this Court.
3.In the light of the above, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.10335 of 2020 liberty to the petitioner to file a writ petition for the aforesaid relief at a later stage, if necessary.
4.By recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs.
