ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 17.01.2018 in CSR No.4 of 2018. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the proposed accused viz., Divyalakshmi and the petitioner herein are the husband and wife. The proposed accused has lodged a complaint againstthe petitioner herein and the same was registered in Crime No.395 of 2018, dated 07.04.2018 and to counter blast the above said complaint, the present complaint has been lodged by the petitioner against the proposed accused. He further submitted that the complaint, dated 17.01.2018, lodged by the petitioner, was enquired and the same was closed as "false complaint". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy in the manner known to law.
