*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to post adequate Plant Quarantine officials in the Plant Quarantine Station in Tiruchirappalli International Airport, especially during 17.30 hours to 22.00 hours daily and on Saturdays and Sunday, including Public Holidays, within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.V.Kathirvelu, learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, refers to the office circular dated 29.06.2018, issued by the Plant Quarantine Station, found in the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner and states that if the petitioner has any grievance there against or requires any further accommodation, he might make a representation with reference to such circular and that the same will be considered by the fourth respondent.
3. Mr.R.S.Sivaram, learned counsel for the petitioner, informs that the third respondent may be required to consider such representation.

It only stands to reason that any consideration and action taken on the representation of the petitioner by the fourth respondent, necessarily would be with the concurrence of the third respondent. In such view of the matter, we do not find any reason to accede to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording our agreement with the submission of the learned Assistant Solicitor General of India, this Writ Petition shall stand closed,
leaving it open to the petitioner to act in keeping with what is stated above. No costs.
