This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.9 of 2019, which is pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.9 of 2019 is almost completed and prayed for three months time to file a final report.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
