This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the respondents 2 to 4, particularly, the second 2/6
respondent to rectify the wrong entry made in Patta No.708 in Survey No.634/D for the land measuring 0.67 Acres situated at Nerur South Part Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District.
2. The petitioner seeks to include the name of the legal heirs of the deceased, namely, Ramasamy and Subramanian, as joint pattadhars in patta No.708. The petitioner had given a representation on 11.04.2022.
3. Let me not enter into any detailed examination of the facts, since the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had forwarded a written instruction, wherein, the second respondent has stated that he had issued notice to the petitioner for appearance for an enquiry and he has also given a list of documents which were required to be produced by the petitioner. The copy of the written instructions had been forwarded to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to participate in the enquiry scheduled to be held on 30.06.2023. The second respondent is directed to proceed further with the enquiry and endeavor to complete the same and pass final orders on or before 31.08.2023.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
