Assistant (Science) in the petitioner school based on the proposal submitted by the petitioner school and with all consequential benefits.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and to that effect he has also circulated a letter to the Registry on 26.11.2018.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the letter circulated to the Registry, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD) No.1 of 2015 is closed.
