This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.555 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent police, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.338 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds.
