Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner representation dated 28.03.2014 and 09.04.2014 and consequently based on that representation the respondents 2 to 4 to appoint a Special Officer of Government for the 5th and 6th respondents Sangam till such time the administration of the Sangam is entrusted to a new Body of Office Bearers by conducting a fair election by a democratic process without giving room for any irregularity.
