2.The criminal original petition was filed for quashing of the conditional order passed by the Vth Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.5594 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.185 of 2025 on 26.11.2025. However, by mistake, instead of Vth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, it was wrongly mentioned as Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, Madurai District. Hence, the present amendment application has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in Crl.OP(MD).No.3621 of 2026 in Crl.OP(MD).No. 23278 of 2025 by amending the Court details and incorporate the correct Court as Vth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai and issue a fresh order copy.
