ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD). No.22836 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
