This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer S.M.O.P.No.4 of 2023 from the Family Court, Theni to the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent appears and submits that he has no objection for transfer of S.M.O.P.No.4 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Theni to the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore where O.S.No.69 of 2022 is pending for dissolving the marriage.

3. Recording the above submission, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed by ordering the transfer of S.M.O.P.No. 4 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Theni to the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore to be tried along with O.S.No. 69 of 2022 filed by the petitioner for dissolving the marriage.

4. The II Additional Subordinate Court, Coimbatore shall endeavour to dispose both the cases filed by the petitioner and the respondent, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No. 2 of 4

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
