2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the petitioner has already filed a writ petition in W.P(MD) No.5617 of 2020 and the same was dismissed as infructous on 24.02.2022.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
